I love nothing better than digging into a new challenge. During seventeen years of making innovation happen all over the world, I have worked on everything from cars to deodorant, disenfranchised youth to highly mobile greys, pharmaceuticals to B2B re-insurance, healthy snacks to beer and vodka, retailing to forensic accountancy. Throughout all this, I have discovered that no category lacks interest for me, and that my curiosity has remained virtually endless. Which makes me quite formidable at Trivial Pursuit.
Before focusing on innovation work, I worked in advertising as a Senior Strategic Planner where I learnt to love consumers and brands. During seven years in advertising, I was lucky enough to work on global clients at a top 10 global agency (Grey), as well as a long stint at a multi-award winning creative boutique (RKCR).
Helen has led projects on product and business innovation as well as a number of customer experience projects. She has also designed and led training courses on practitioner-centric customer experience and coached individuals on their creativity.
